What data AGJ Labs collects, how it is used, and your rights over it.
Who we are
PT AGJ Nusantara Digital ("AGJ Labs"), Jl. Moch Juki No. 33, Kec. Sukun, Kel. Mulyorejo, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, is the data controller for agjlabs.com. This policy refers to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
Data we collect
- Consultation form: name, business name (optional), email, service type, and project brief. The form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; data reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp.
- Career applications: full name, email, phone, position, CV/LinkedIn/portfolio links, expected salary, and notes. Applications are forwarded to our internal system (AGJ Crew).
- Direct communication: the content of WhatsApp messages or emails you send.
- Technical data: IP address and approximate country (from our CDN provider) to pick a default language. Your language preference is stored in a NEXT_LOCALE cookie.
How we use data
- Respond to consultations and prepare proposals;
- Process applications and contact candidates;
- Operate and secure the website;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Sharing data
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help operate the website (hosting, CDN, WhatsApp/Meta, email), or when required by law or a competent authority.
Cookies
This website uses only a functional cookie to remember your language preference. You can delete it in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you may:
- access your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data;
- withdraw consent to processing.
